If you prefer to SHIP YOUR HEADPHONES TO US BY YOURSELF to speed up the repair process, we have two options :
A – Just select the option “2-SEND ME A FREE SHIPPING LABEL BY EMAIL” from the SHIPPING OPTIONS drop down list. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label and instructions right away.
B – Fill this > FORM and ship your headphones along with our packaging slip provided using the carrier of your choice. Our address is included in the slip.
